Return and Refund Policy

At ParmarSons, we prioritize client satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our services. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with our offerings, we offer a transparent return and refund policy outlined below:

Cancellations

ParmarSons follows a transparent and no-fuss cancellation policy. Here are the terms:

  • All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department or communicated to your Account Manager. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by the respective department.
  • Cancellation requests for full refund on service charge will be considered only when the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order, and execution of the project has not started already.
  • ParmarSons will not be held responsible for any third-party services, such as domain name, hosting, content writing, etc.
Returns

Web Development Services:

  • We offer a satisfaction guarantee period of 5 days for our web development services. If, within this timeframe, you find the completed project does not meet your expectations, please notify us promptly.
  • To be eligible for a return, the website project must not have been launched or gone live.
  • If, at the time of the request for a refund, work has been completed beyond the amount paid, the additional work completed will be deducted from the initial payment before processing the refund.
  • Any additional changes or revisions requested beyond the original scope of the project may incur additional charges.
  • Once the client approves mock-up designs and we move into the development phase, no payment will be refunded. Any cancellations after mock-up approval will not be entertained.

Digital Marketing Services:

  • We provide a 14-day review period from the start of the campaign for our digital marketing services. Should you be dissatisfied with the initial results, please inform us within this period.
  • Refunds are not applicable for digital marketing packages. However, clients have the option to cancel their package subscription with a written notice provided at least 30 days in advance. It’s important to note that due to the dynamic nature of digital marketing, refunds are not applicable upon cancellation. Monthly payments are processed based on the previous month’s performance review. ParmarSons does not provide guarantees regarding traffic, rankings, or any specific outcomes, and therefore, will not entertain refund claims based on these factors.
  • Please note that any amount paid directly to advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for running ads is the responsibility of the client. We are not liable for refunds on payments made to these platforms.
  • No cancellations are entertained for services that our marketing team has offered on special occasions. These are limited-time offers and cannot be cancelled once availed.
Refunds
  • Upon approval of your return request, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds typically take 7-10 days to process, subject to your payment provider’s policies.
  • We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days.
